Account Deletion Request
Applies to the Yupix app (Android, iOS and Meta Quest), published by Yupix Inc.
You can delete your Yupix account and the personal information associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this: directly inside the app, or by sending us a written request. Both are free of charge and available to every user, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete your account in the app
- Open the Yupix app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the main menu and select Accounts.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account is closed and the deletion of your data begins immediately.
Option 2 — Send us a deletion request
If you no longer have access to the app, or prefer to make the request in writing, email us from the address linked to your account. Include the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and, in the message, the email address registered to your Yupix account.

We will verify your request using the information associated with your account, including your email address, before acting on it. You may also designate an authorized agent to make this request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.
What happens to your data
| Deleted | Your account, profile and login credentials, and the personal information you provided to us through the app, such as your name, email address, phone number and address. |

| Retained | Only information we are required to keep to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, for as long as that obligation lasts. It is not used for any other purpose. |
| Timing | Deletion begins as soon as your request is verified. We will confirm by email once it is complete. |
| Reversibility | Deletion is permanent. If you use Yupix again in the future you will need to create a new account. |
Your other rights
Deletion is one of several rights you have over your personal information. You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Section 5 (Deletion of Personal Information), Section 8 (Your rights under the GDPR) and Section 11 (Access to your personal information) of our Privacy Policy describe these rights and how to exercise them.
